Bryan Egan was born and raised in a small mountain town in Colorado. His grandparents raised him on a 200-head mom-and-calf Black Angus cattle ranch — not as a lifestyle, but as a life. The discipline, the accountability, and the code of conduct he developed on that range have not changed in any boardroom he has ever entered.
Over 35+ years, Bryan has accumulated a rare combination of credentials and practical expertise. Four bachelor's degrees — in Accounting, Marketing, Culinary Arts, and Paralegal Studies — plus a Master of Science in Construction Management give him the ability to understand every dimension of the businesses he leads: how a budget is built, how a contract should be written, how a trade operates, how a client should be served.
He has worked as an Accountant, Estimator, and Project Manager on projects ranging from residential renovations to large-scale commercial developments. He founded Executive Services of America in 2002 and built Construction Coordinating Corporation from a simple but powerful idea — that owners deserve professional project management without paying a GC premium.
"I'm not trying to be the smartest person in the room. I'm trying to be the one who does what he said he would do, every time, without exception."
— Bryan Egan
"The ranch didn't teach me business. It taught me character. The business followed."
